Brooke Langton was born on the 27th of November 1970 in Texas, USA. She started working as a model in Japan. She started acting on TV in 1992 as she appeared in the series Freshman Dorm and Beverly Hills 90210. Two years later, she landed a leading role in tv-movie The Wyatts as she played as the love interest of William McNamara. She also appeared in Moment of Truth: A Mother's Deception in that same year. She played the role of Joan Van Ark's and Stephen Macht's daughter.
In 1995, she was offered her very first regular series as Sarah Bowen in Extreme. She was waitress but soon worked as a rescue team for James Brolin. She became popular with TV movies such as Eyes of the Stalker in 1995 and on the same year, The Single Guy. It was also in this year that she was on the primetime TV series Melrose Place.
In 1996, she appeared in Swingers, as the love interest of one of the Swingers. Her film debut came in when she played the role of a junkie in Terminal Velocity. Following these films is Project 61 in 1996, where she played alongside with Matthew Harrison. In 1998, she had Reach the Rock. Big projects were given to her in 2000 as she starred in Playing Mona Lisa together with Alicia Witt. She was also the leading lady of Keanu Reeves in The Replacements in the same year. Kiss the Bride was shot in 2002 alongside the beautiful, Alyssa Milano. Her roles shifted to suspense thriller when she appeared in Primeval in 2007.
