Barbara Alyn Woods biography
Barbara Alyn Woods took up theater, on the backing of a full scholarship, from Northern Illinois University. She began acting in the mid-1980s, appearing in several movies, and also making guest appearances in shows such as The Golden Girls and Picket Fences. She was a regular in the 1993 series Eden; to promote the show she posed nude for Playboy magazine.

Woods is best known for two roles: in the 1996 film Striptease, alongside Demi Moore; and the television series Honey, I Shrunk The Kids: The TV Show, where she played Diane Szalinski. In 2003, she joined the cast of the WB series One Tree Hill, appearing as Dan's ex-wife Deb; she was dropped from the show's sixth season without explanation.

Woods is married to John Lind, who she met on the set of Honey, I Shrunk The Kids: The TV Show. They have three daughters.
